UPDATE--

09/25/2000

Well, I found someone to take over my page, but he decided just to make it automatically load his page. So I took it back and changed the password. I will now begin updating again, hopefully I will be done before the new season starts. email me with ideas at evangoss@hotmail.com
PITTSBURGH--

Left winger Kip Miller, whose right eye was struck Saturday by the stick of Predators defenseman Joel Bouchard, could return to the lineup as soon as Thursday when the Penguins visit the Devils and "definitely" by Saturday against the Sabres. According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Miller sustained two lacerations just below the eye and one on the eyelid, but apparently has no damage to the eye itself. ... Goalie Peter Skudra returned to the lineup Tuesday night and made 27 saves in a win over Chicago. ... Defenseman Darius Kasparaitis attended last Sunday's game and said he will have surgery on his injured right knee Wednesday. ... Jaromir Jagr has a seven-game scoring streak. ... G Jean-Sebastian Aubin played well in relief of Tom Barrasso and Skudra. He made 22 saves in Saturday and Sunday's ties. Aubin's record this season is 4-1-4.
