1999: The third place playoff between Central United & AS Venus was cancelled due to too many injuries.
2000: The first two games PanSa FC played (vs. AS Vénus, original score
1-1, and vs. Tupapa FC, original score 4-0) was set to 0-2 against them
because of use of several ineligible players. After this PanSa withdrew and
had the remaining matches set to 0-2 against them. The legal results are
taken into account not the actual ones as they were counted in the official table.
2000: Tafea FC are written on the Vanuatu National Teams results as Tafea were in fact the Vanuatu National Team in disguise.
2005: AS Manumea of American Samoa were withdrawn by the OFC.
2007 and onwards: No Australian teams playing as the Australian federation joined the Asian federation.
