We know, we know.....Poolside Pigskin has been offline (or at least inactive) for most of the past two years. After week one of the 2001 season, the tragedies of September 11th brought our focus away from this website. We are hoping and working toward bringing Poolside Pigskin back to life, although in the meantime, Pat has become a DAD (Hi Sean!!!) and Terry has been deep into his life and work and other things. Anyway, Terry and Pat have not rested during this extended hiatus as we continue to find new ways to improve Poolside Pigskin for the coming years. We hope you like our streamlined look courtesy of our on the sidelines correspondent, Brian Swisher. Oh sure, he hasn't contributed much in the way of NFL information over these past few years, but his web design ideas have allowed us to put together a much better looking site.

It's Official!!!! Poolside Pigskin is now capable of bringing you weekly VIDEO REPORTS!!!! We have solved our bandwidth and space problems and are cleared to bring you our exciting new feature. Many thanks to Sinned Yhprum Jr. for solving these issues for us and for bringing some of these ideas to us to begin with. We are very excited and look forward to having some fun with this new medium next season. I'm thinking that the April draft might be a good time to get things started with our video format and I think we might just be putting something together for the draft review.

Well, we hope to be back up and running ASAP. We apologize for our long time off, but as you can imagine, the events of the time did not lend itself to the type of fun we have with this site. Hope to bring it all back you soon.
