On Raw, when you are ready to choose your character, go to the statistics screen. When you get to that screen, use the code to change that player's powers. But there is one thing wrong with that. You can change that player's powers, but you only get to use the amount of power that was given already. That means that you can only have a "full 10" on two groups, and a half, or 5, on one. Of course you can always even things up a bit, but what if you want full power in all of the groups? To do that, you must hold down the "Start" button for 4-5 seconds until you hear a grunt or a weird sound. Then you can adjust all of the groups to full power.
