Meet the Commish

Mike L. Morgensen has been playing Strat-O-Matic Baseball on and off since he was a wee tike in the age of polyester pullover jerseys, elastic waistbands and stirrups that arched over a player's calf. Since 1987, he has been the Commissioner of the Classic 12, a GM-based league which has utilized SOM from 1995 to the present. He is a true fan of baseball history and the absurd, thereby explaining the OK-L's marriage of the 1940s with it's corporate sponsor, OK Soda, Coca Cola's shortlived soda of the 1990s which had an advertising campaign that was far superior to its flavor.
