3-3-2 BLITZES AND STUNTS

"IF THEY CAN'T SCORE, THEY CAN'T WIN"

The basic 3-3-2 or 33 stack is a hard defense to face because of the layers that the offense must penetrate. This blitz package is simple.

FRONTS

FIST OUT- Both ends shade outside of offensive ends.

HEAD UP-Both ends are head up with Offensive ends.

FIST IN-Both ends are in "b" gaps.

STUNTS

SLANT-(right or left) Ends and nose slant and shoot gaps.
The idea is to force the o-line to double block and
      close their own line.

JAM-The DE jack up the OE and stop him from going out for
    the pass.

FLEX-Both DE in "b" gaps, at snap drive into offensive gaurds
pushing them into the center shutting down "a" gaps then die
     in hole.

LINEBACKER BLITZES

MLB BLITZ- This is the most common blitz. The Linebacker and the
           nose shoot the "a" gaps.

OUTSIDE BLITZ-The linebacker shoots the outside and has contain.
The end shoots the "b" gap.
INSIDE BLITZ-The linbacker shoots the "b" gap.

SIX MAN FRONTS

FULL HOUSE-This is a slant with the linebackers and ends.

ENDS IN- The ends take "b" gaps

ENDS OUT-The ends have contain.

COMBO BLITZES

The idea behind combo blitzes is to be able to mix the basic blitzes.
