Sports are one of passions and something which I devote much time to. I think it is important and rewarding to do sports. Some of the activities I have done can you read about belove but I'll quickly mention some of the sports I do and have done. Football (ten years on teams), gymnastics (seven years competing), trampoline (one year competing) and squash (one year competing). As a child I did a lot of cross-country skiing.

A the moment I play a bit of golf, but I do not hesitate to do other sports for fun. I do like volleyball, espesially if there is a lovely beach nearby. I have also tried activities such as rock climbing, trekking, tennis, basketball, padling, rafting, parachuting.

Fotball (soccer)

I played ten seasons for Bodø/Glimt, fra seven years old to 16. Our biggest victories was two gold medals (1990 and 1992) and a bronse medal (1989) in Skandia Cup and bronse medal (1994) in Dana Cup (world second largest youth tournament). I played one season for the Rock Springs Avengers in the US and on lettered on the high school team, Rock Springs Tigers.

Golf

I have played golf since march 1999. I started playing in Australia, then Fiji where I joined a competition on the course Vinja Sinh started. Later I played two years in Birmingham, England. I am member of Salten Golfclub in Bodo, where I got my "greencard" (necessary to play in Norway). Unfortunatly, I have not been able to play much after July 2002.

Gymnastics

I did gymnastics for seven years, from the age of 10-14 and 16-19. In 1996 I became North-Norwegian champion in class II. I have also helped out as a coach for my gymnastic club B&OI Turn (gymnastic). I did trapolining for half a year.

Klatring

I started climbing october 1999, mainly indoors at Rockface in Birmingham. As part of my degree, Adventure Tourism Management, I went tree weeks climbing in Spain 2000 (El Chorro) and four weeks in 2001 (Calpe)
