Exercise Performance | Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees slightly felxed. Hold a barbell behind your thighs with your palms facing backwards. Uncurl your hands until the barbell is resting on the last two digits of your fingers. This is your starting and finishing position. Curl your hands into a fist and then flex your wrist as far as possible upwards. You should be able to get your palms nearly parallel to the floor. |
