About the Groninger Cricket Club

Welcome to the homepage of the GCC, the only active cricket club in Groningen. On this website you can find all the details of the club and the current season. The cricket club characterizes itself by its diversity despite being small, which effects in a club with a good humoured, relaxed, though competitive atmosphere. The club also ranges widely in the level of cricketing skills, from former premier league players up to absolute beginners. So whatever your cricket experience, you are most welcome to come along one day and see what the GCC is all about. Do mail us if you are a local enthusiast wanting to play cricket in Groningen as an amateur. We welcome all ages, nationalities, genders and skills.

Match Practice

Training will take place on Thursdays at 18:00 until sunset at the 'Drafbaan' in the Stadspark (Concourslaan 10). Everyone is welcome to come along and participate.
