Eddie On:
Himself:
Eddie Jones is the type of player that goes up and plays on both ends as hard as possible.
Hype:
I kinda don't pay attention to it. People are going to notice you when you do good things. No matter if they try to blow you up, fine, blow it up it's wonderful. If they don't, it's wonderful too.
How he deals with hype:
I just wanna go out and be the same aggresive person on both ends of the court. I gotta play my game and let the cards fall where they may.
His game:
When I can go on both ends of the court and produce for my team, it's amazing to me because there's very few people that can play offensively and defensively.
His team:
I think we're coming of age right now and the more we continue to play with each other, our chances of achieving our goals are nearer.
Game form:
That's probably the most hardest part of it all, getting mentally and physically ready to go out and play every night. Its easy to just say I can't get it goin' tonight, you just got to fight through it and go out and play your best every night.
Shaq's presence:
When Shaq is in there, you get so many open looks it's ridiculous. The
closest guy to you is at the snack bar.
Shaq's absence:
They play me totally different now. They play me to go to the baseline now
and are always giving help. They play me totally different. I don't think
the thing is my shot. I just don't have a lot of time to get my shot off.
More to come...
