Trophies

The PRDA returns fees in the form of a season ending awards ceremony and a large numbers of trophies and plaques for its members.

As per unanimous vote at the 3/4/97 captains meeting, the Male High Average trophy will now be known as the Louie Torres High Average trophy. Trophies are classified into four categories:

Team Finish Trophies:

• 1st place, 2nd place, Semifinalists (max. of 10 per team)

Team Plaques:

• One for each team that played the season; presented to respective sponsor bar.

Special Trophies/Plaques (presented at the discretion of Executive Committee):

• PRDA Championship Cup: Awarded to the Captain of the champion team to be displayed in the sponsor’s bar until the next championship. Engraved with the names of teams and sponsor bars since its inception.
• President's Plaque: Awarded occasionally to those past league Presidents who provided unique guidance and singular leadership to the league.
• Special Trophies: With the approval of the President, any other special trophy may also be awarded.

• High Quality Points Men: (50) Raymond Acosta (Marlins)
• High Quality Points Women: (6) Lillian Salinas (Snipers)
• High Quality Points Avg Men: (.979) Roberto de Jesus (Marlins)
• High Quality Points Avg Women: (.19) Brenda Orellano (Marlins)
• High-on 501 Men: (T45) Fernand Cortes (Kronos)
• High-on 501 Women: (93) Brenda Orellano (Marlins)
• High-on 301 Men: (T20) Jim Rodriguez (Vikings) and Michael Morris (Bufalos Mojados)
• High-on 301 Women: (94) Elizabeth Lopez (Bufalos Mojados)
• High-off 501 Men: (129) Manuel Frias (Aces)
• High-off 501 Women: (40) Brenda Orellano (Marlins)
• High-off 301 Men: (89) Hector Cumba (Kronos)
• High-off 301 Women: (50) Elizabeth Lopez (Bufalos Mojados)
• Low darts 501 (partners): (18) Ian Jolly & Luis Maldonado (Vikings)
• Low darts 301 men: (12) David Gibson (Marlins), Efrain Soto (Kronos), and Ricardo Nieves (Vikings)
• Low darts 301 Women: (15) Elizabeth Lopez (Bufalos Mojados)
• Low darts Cricket (partners): (18) Domingo Figueroa & Neftali Lugo (Kronos)
• Low darts Cricket Men (Ind.): (18) Victor Galarza (Kronos)

The PRDA awards about 75 - 80 trophies at its season ending awards ceremony. All you have to do is to join the PRDA to start your own trophy collection.
