Our New Home!
We are purchasing a new home at Deer Park in Lutz, FL, which is a Tampa 'Burb just a stone's throw from the University of South Florida. Construction is starting the first week of June 2003, with a completion date the beginning of October 2003. We are very excited about our new 4br/2ba home! Here are some pictures of the neighborhood and a model of our house!
Our builder is Windward Homes.
We will be living in the neighborhood of Deer Park.

Standing in the living room at the front door, you see the kitchen off to the right and the two smaller bedrooms to the left.

One of the things we love about our lot is the huge oak tree which will be in the right hand corner of our backyard.
