Kids 'N' Kops is a "mini-police academy" for kids who are waiting for Big Brothers or Sisters.

There are 6,500 kids waiting for a Big Brother or Sister across the county. Kids 'N' Kops provides some of these kids with an opportunity to have fun and learn about law enforcement. The kids obtain a heightened respect for the law, the police and the community.

Mornings
activities can include:

• Traffic safety
• Tactical rescue
• Drug and alcohol awareness
• Fire investigations
• Bomb disposal
• Self esteem/respect building

Afternoons
activities can include:

• Sports
• Hiking
• Mini golf
• Tours of Universities and Colleges
