The following is testimony to the professional knowledge, skills and disposition of Kirill Koutcherov during his 10 month term of employment with Paradyne Russia Limited.
Regrettably the organisation were compelled to release Kirill from his employment, following closure of the Moscow office and organisational changes dictated by new strategy and business structures.
Kirill was employed as the Sales Account Manager for Russia, responsible for managing alt Paradyne's business activities within the territory. Leading a small team based in Moscow, Kirill effectively supported a large distribution partner in the territory with various sales and marketing activities. These activities resulted in Paradyne obtaining a number of significant revenue orders with premium margins. Kirill was also successful in promoting the first commercial sales, within the EMEA region, of Paradyne's new HOTWIRE™ product family.
Kirill functioned well within the multinational environment of Paradyne's organisation, where he was well recognised and regarded by both customers and colleagues as an able and valued contributor. Kirill quickly acquired a working understanding of Paradyne's technical product portfolio. Combining this product knowledge with his commercial awareness allowed him to positively influence many sales situations.
