non-existent, perhaps it should be so.
All the gears including overdrive work ok.
I managed about 80km/h without much problem. We have only small roads here so speed is not essential.

Electrical:
It has one 12 volt battery, in the normal place. In one rear light I found a bulb only wrapped with wire, no holder. Headlamps work ok. Front and rear signal lights work ok. Interior light has no bulb.
The brake lights don't work although they did a few days ago. The indicators are the flashing type and work after a bit of persuasion.
The indicators are wired to the brake lights or seem to be, the little lights at the top of the body do not work.
I wonder if they were indicators or parking lights?

Interior:
So far this is the best part. The interior is fully in cream leather done quite nicely, needs only cleaning. There is full carpeting ( I think for the tropics only rubber mats were fitted) and insulation matting under the carpets.
The dash looks original with a few white switch knobs missing.

If anyone has these old knobs and is willing to send them to me, I would be very grateful for an email to gihan57@yahoo.com!

The steering has a black cover which I have not yet removed. The badge in
the center of the steering is a spring loaded plastic disc with the Peugeot prancing Lion..

Things I am looking for (1999):

  • Window Winder handles with knob (4)
  • Switch Knobs (3)
