- Responsible for prepaid service and design of intelligent network for TA Orange Corp.

 

- Manage key vendor like Alcatel (France) to ensure all design issues with R&D developer team related to prepaid system (PPS), Mobile Virtual Private Network (MVPN), and prepaid charging system for voice and data services.

 

- Ensure intelligent network system specifications to comply with contract agreement.

 

- Ensure long-term design of intelligent network and its roadmap to be inline with business plan.

 

- Explore proper solution from various vendors to find the best solution with affordable investment.

- One year trained in Shizuoka, Japan as a R&D Engineer to help research floppy disk drives.

 

- Designed Hybrid IC circuits used in TEAC’s floppy disk drive during training in Japan.

 

- Troubleshot for all technical problems of floppy disk drives in real time during production.

 

- Developed an automated electronic box to accelerate the production process.

 

- Supervised all technicians in the floppy disk drive department.

CERTIFICATIONS

TRAINING AND PARTICIPATING EVENTS

    

·  Participated at World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-2000) in Istanbul, Turkey for a month during May 2000 as a delegation , obtained significant achievement as only a country in Asia Pacific country getting approval of L-Star Satellite's orbital slots into the List of BSS system adopted by the Conference without the need to coordinate with other satellite networks, and observed the progress of International Mobile Telecommunication (IMT-2000) for 3rd generation wireless system in proposing candidate extension bands for terrestrial component.

 

·  Trained and worked at Telesat Corp ., Ottawa Canada during January 2000 for optimization of satellite beam contours in graphical ITU format to minimize unacceptable interference among relevant satellites.

 

·  Participated periodically throughout the year 1999 in the following world class meetings, which were all taken place at International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Geneva, Switzerland :

 

              - Re-planning for Broadcasting Satellite System such as Inter-Representative Group meeting (IRG1-4) and Group of Technical Experts meeting (GTE 1-5).

 

              - Preparation of additional spectrum required for International Mobile Telecommunication (IMT-2000)

 

             - Conference Planetary Meeting for World Radio-communication Conference at year 2000 (CPM-99).

      

·  Participated at Asia Pacific Telecommunication (APT) meetings for Re-planning of Broadcasting Satellite System in region 1 and 3.

 

·  Part of Frequency Coordination team to negotiate in coordination meetings with Japan, Alcatel (France), Asiasat (Hong Kong), Arabsat (Saudi Arabia), Paksat (Pakistan), Eutelsat (United Arab Emirate) and etc.
