u r H i s t o r y
The
Oakland office was opened in 1994 in a 100-year old building
that used to be a cafe and Oakland's bus-stop. Oakland is a
pleasant Swedish town that has more lawyers per capita than
any other place in Nebraska.
Jeffrey
Bush was once the chief prosecuting attorney in Burt County and
Platte County, Nebraska, from 1995-99. He graduated from the
University of Nebraska School of Law in 1991. He was a Judicial Clerk
to Hon. William M. Connolly, Nebraska Court of Appeals in
1992. He was Executive Editor, Nebraska Law Review, 1990-91.
His publications include: Child Sexual Assault: The Future of
the Bill of Particulars and Plea in Bar After State v.
Martinez, 250 Neb. 597, 550 N.W.2d 655 (1996), 76 Neb. L.
