Green Beans in Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2# fresh green stirring beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch lengths
1/2 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 Tbs. margarine
2 Tbs. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
2 medium sized tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 Tbs. dried parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1.  Boil beans in saucepan 10 to 15 minutes.  Drain and set aside.
2.  Heat the olive oil and margarine in a skillet.  Sauté onions and garlic for 5 minutes, stirring 
     occasionally. 
3.  Stir in the tomatoes, parsley, sugar and pepper.  Cook tomatoes until most of liquid is absorbed.
4.  Add green beans and cook a few minutes until beans are heated through.
