Resume

During the past 18 years I have concentrated on acquisitions and exploration program management in North America, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Central America, Mexico and Asia (including China). Both precious and base metal, and industrial mineral properties containing Archean, Mesozoic, and Tertiary hosted vein, shear, breccia, porphyry, carbonate replacement, VMS, epithermal, pegmatite and layered ultramafic/magmatic deposits were investigated. Commodities sought included gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, platinum, palladium, diamonds, tantalum, niobium, vanadium, and high purity silica.

A detailed list of projects, locations, properties reviewed, mines visited, courses and field trips attended, etc. is currently being prepared. Click here for a summary CV. A client list is available upon request.

Successes

Nicaragua - El Limon/La India
- identified for acquisition during 1991-1992. It was later put into production by Triton Mining Corporation and is currently operated by Glencairn Gold/Black Hawk Mining Inc. Historically, the district has produced approx. 3.0 million ounces of gold from low sulfidation epithermal veins.

Durango, Mexico - Tejamen
- was assessed during 1994-1995 and not recommended for acquisition or option. A later drill program failed to intersect economic mineralization.

Zacatecas, Mexico - The Chalchihuites
- area was recommended for a regional exploration and acquisition program during 1994-1995. Afterwards, Pan American Silver acquired the La Colorada property in the Chalchihuites area and defined resources (all categories and ore types) of 11.8 million tonnes @ 255 gpt Ag, 0.29 gpt Au, 1.13% Zn, 1.23% Pb which include 6.7 million tonnes @ 419 gpt Ag, 0.31 gpt Au, 1.73% Zn & 1.04% Pb (January, 2001).

Peru - Las Aguilas
- positive exploration results from both reconnaissance and detailed sampling programs, on behalf of a publicly trading junior resource company, significantly increased share value.

Peru - Las Huaquillas
- was recommended for acquisition during 1994. It was later acquired by Sulliden Exploration Inc. who delineated a drill indicated geological resource (1998) of 443,000 ounces gold and 5.3 million ounces silver.

Patagonia, Argentina - The Penascudo
low sulfidation epithermal gold - silver property. A 0.35 m chip sample assaying 1,103 gpt (32.2 opt) Au and 1,145 gpt Ag confirmed the exceptional nature of the precious metal mineralization. Other samples included 1,098; 75.9; 52.2 and 35.2 gpt gold across an average sample width of 0.30 to 0.35 m.

British Columbia-Cairn Property
- the identification and positive sampling results of carbonate replacement mineralization on the property allowed the owners to negotiate joint venture agreements with both junior exploration and major mining companies. Some sample assays include:

a) 2.0 metres of 3.69% Cu, 1.36% Zn and 65.7 gpt Ag
b) 1.0 metre of 4.93% Cu, 0.64% Zn and 90.3 gpt Ag
c) 1.0 metre of 6.93% Cu, 0.82% Zn and 130.4 gpt Ag

Mexico
- Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Durango, Zacatecas, Puebla, Michoacan, Oaxaca

Latin America - Nicaragua, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela

Asia - China, Philippines, Others

Data has been compiled and target areas defined for a diamond reconnaissance exploration project in Asia.

Advanced projects including copper-gold porphyries and/or related meso- to epithermal precious metal occurrences and deposits are also available.
