RE CREATING A GARMENT: |
In re creating a garment, I will work with a
"design" concept. The client will have to approve this sketch before I can begin
working on the actual garment.
I will work from this sketch.
There are many things that can change the outcome of
a garment; the fabric used, the form for which it was created, and the lines (cut) are
some. I will re create the same "style" garment that is flattering for YOUR
figure. We will work together in finding the closest fabric and cut to the garment as
possible.

FEES: |
I will provide an estimate for each garment you are
inquiring about.
Estimates includes labor, materials, consultations
(in person, written or telephonic) design planning, custom patterns, and delivery of your
garment (shipping for long distance clients).

TURN AROUND TIME |
Depending
on he garment being created for you, the amount of time it takes to design, approve and
create the garment may vary.
Once you approve the design and send your measurements,
and your deposit the process begins.
Unforeseen complications in design changes,
and/or deposits or payments, and the search for just the right "findings" may
affect the delivery date.
Long time clients will have a shorter turn around time
as fewer decisions need to be made on each project. Rushing in the planning stages can
lead to poor choices. Each client is important to me and receives every consideration that
I can give.

A quick note about fabric & patterns... |
An investment wardrobe deserves to be constructed of
the best fabric you can afford. Natural fibers or superior quality synthetics will be in
your best fabric choices. Together we will select the best fabric choices we can.
I custom create patterns for each client based on
their measurements that are submitted to me and take into consideration any special needs
or features that require special attention.
- A lot of thought and consideration goes into each new clients
project. Since I specialize in investment clothing and producing top quality bridal
fashions, the garments we create should work into your wardrobe for many years and the
special occasion fashions should meet your every expectation to help you enjoy your
special day.
- I will become aquatinted with each of you, getting to know your
lifestyles and clothing needs. This enables me to better guide you.

To Place Your Orders

- To expedite your order, please identify items clearly by style
number, size, and color.
- Orders are subject to acceptance by D.A.M. DesignS.COM and
prices are subject to change without notice.

- We accept Visa, MasterCard's, Money Orders, and Cashier
Checks. I do not accept personal checks.

There will be absolutely no
refund for used items.
If you need to return or exchange your
purchase you may do so within 3 days of receipt of the purchase.
Please Email us for Return Authorization.
No returns will be accepted without R/A.
Returns should be mailed out within 2 days of
Return Authorization.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All tags and labels must remain attached to
the merchandise and the item must be in its original condition.
Please allow 15 days for the refund to be
credited to your account.

Taxes

Orders are usually shipped 7- 14
days after order is received.
Normally, your order should be in your hands
within 9-16 days.
If any Items ordered will take longer, we will
notify you.

Shipping
|
Shipping Charges are according to purchase
price. See shipping FAQ's for more information.
Orders paid by Credit Card will be shipped
only to the billing address of the credit card holder.
A 25% re-stocking fee will apply on all
returns that were shipped through Next Day Air/Overnight/Express Mail.
We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail
in the continental U.S. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select
services at additional fees. Please mention it in the comments box if you want expedited
delivery.
APO, FPO and AP orders are shipped through
U.S. Postal Service.

Clothing RETURN POLICY***
Custom-made orders are NOT subject to my normal
Money-Back Guarantee policy. I create your clothing according to the size specification
which you provide me. However, in the very rare case of defective tailoring i.e. the
actual dress size does not match the sizes you provided me by a significant margin, I
shall be glad to offer you a FREE ALTERATION service. I shall also be responsible for any
reshipping charges incurred by you.
Hence, I strongly emphasize that you take your measurements ACCURATELY before submitting
your order! For more information on how to measure yourself please visit my website under
'measurements' and follow the desired garment or I will send you a measurement chart.
I want your TOTAL SATISFACTION. Once I have created the garment according to your
specifications and APPROVAL, if you are still not satisfied with your outfit in any way ,
I am willing to offer you a PARTIAL REFUND on your purchase. The reason I can only offer a
partial refund is the fact that I have to cover the cost of producing the outfit for you.
Unlike normal product returns, in which that product can be sold to another customer, a
returned customized outfit will be a complete write-off. Partial refund amounts will be
reviewed FAIRLY and quoted to you upon your request for refund. ie: return dress and
receive refund for materials and partial labor but not shipping and partial labor.
This is my business philosophy of sharing the risk of
online purchasing with my customers! An email or phonecall will have to be sent to
me within two days of receipt of the garment and the garment will have to be shipped
within the following two days.
