We will deliver your order to most U.K. destinations within 20 working days from receipt of order
(plus your time in approving the proofs). Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.K. public
holidays.

We use a 24-hour carrier service. This requires a signature on delivery, so please ensure that
someone will be available all day at the delivery address. Use the address of a neighbour or relation,
or your workplace, if you cannot be at home.

We will telephone to notify you of the day when your stationery should be delivered. We can arrange
to deliver on a particular day but cannot specify a time. The carriers do not normally deliver on Saturdays.

Some U.K. and all international destinations will cost more and will take longer to deliver – ask for
details and price.

This is a service which cuts our turn-round time to 10 working days plus your approval time. It
costs £35 which must be paid with the deposit when placing the order, so that the total deposit becomes
£110.

Please note that on split orders (see how to order) the express-delivery charge only covers the first
stage.

If your goods have not arrived by 5 p.m. on the day specified, please call us and we will investigate
at once. Deliveries can take place later than this, but if there is any suggestion of a delay we prefer
to be alerted at once, for your peace of mind and ours too.
