DAVID PEARSALL, SHEFFIELD, ENGLAND. I notice that nearly everyone on this site is American. I wonder if any of you have any information about the Pearsall family links in England? My parents were Alfred and Mary Pearsall who were both born in Barnsley, Yorkshire. His father was Frank Pearsall who was also born in Yorkshire. I have no other details about my family than that.

I am glad to have found this page, in LI Geneology, I have found a cemetery plot in Cypress Hills purchased by Thomas Taylor, Lette Acker and Lanah Pearsall. It has 45 internments, 6 of whom are Wilson's, 4 children and My G-G-Grand parents, Oliver L Wils n b. abt 1825 and Charlotte(Bogert) Wilson b. abt 1826 Long Island, there is also an Eliza Bogert interned, she died 1854 at the age of 44. I have to beleive that these owners are related to My G-G Grandmother as the Wilsons were brought from Staten Island to be buried there. Oliver's father was Joseph H Wilson brought from Holland as a child. There is a Thomas J Pearsall d.1862 age 53 Thomas E Pearsall d. 1869 age 4 months Clara Pearsall d 1876 age 2 Pheobe Pearsall d 1881 age 45 I am basically at a dead-end this plot is my hope to continue my family tree
