CHEESE BALL
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 - 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbs.. chopped onion
2 Cups pecans, chopped.
Combine cream cheese, pineapple, pepper,
onion, salt, and 1 Cup pecans. Refrigerate
until firm. Shape into a ball and roll in
remaining pecans. Top with cherry and wrap
in plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Serve with your
favorite crackers.
