CHERRY SALAD
Combine the following
and refrigerate for 2
hours or more:
12 ounce container Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can cherry pie filling (I use large can)
1 regular size can crushed pineapple (drained )
This is SO quick and easy,
and perfect for picnics and
dish-to-pass dinners!

5 CUP FRUIT SALAD
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Mix ingredients and refrigerate. This is better the
longer it sits.

Gourmet Cheesecake
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked piecrust
1 can of blueberry or cherry topping
Mix cream cheese,sweetened condensed
milk and lemon juice together.Pour
into baked 9" piecrust.Chill for 3-4
hours.Top with filling of your choice.
If you're feeling creative you can also
top with fresh strawberries and kiwi
fruit.
