I really got alot of info from your site and enjoyed it very much! I sent it along to my brother as he loves birds too. My sister who also lives in NH has Pileated Woodpeckers in her yard all the time. She has taken pitures and videos of them. They are so
mpressive looking! Of course I am partial to Cardinals because of my name and because of their Brilliance in color. You have done a great job on your site!!! Thanx! Di

Clicking the goldfinch link from the Bird Pearch Disscusion Board I've visited your webpage, wonderful webpage, very nice pictures and sounds of birds, nice pictures of you and your kids too.
I'll come back at your site to see what else is new, hoping that I'll discover new images of splendid nature's treasures. Here in Oregon nature has her beauties too, you can see often squirrels and different type of birds, even in our small backyard I can
see from time to time nice sounds in the morning when sprinklers are running.
I wish you good luck and don't forget the disscusion board so easy just because some people are ignorant, somebody have to open their eyes. So don't take a long break from there.

Dear Aaron,
I was reading the newsgroup and the words birdvalley jumped out at me. My husband Howie and I live on what is known as the sixth largest lake called Georgian Bay, we live about 15miles from a town called Penetanguishe names by the Huron Indians. It means
and of the White Rolling Sands.
We live on part of the longest fresh water beach in the world being almost 40miles long on Nottawasaga Bay. Our home is in a the country and like yourself birdwatching or I should animal watching is something we just live for.
I just can't believe your site. It is the most beautiful site that I have ever seen. I just called my husband to come and look, I promised him I would make sure I bookmark it for him.
I haven't looked at all of your pages yet but am going to as soon as I complete this letter.
We have a lot of deer, coyotes, wolves, etc.
I think we are the only people though who like the Red Squirrel. I know they are messy and are try their best to get into the bird feeders as well as what we have set up for them. They are very saucy but wonderful parents. We have some birdhouses that wer
given to us by a friend. They really are well made but seeing they were made by a man who is 85 we enjoyed the idea. As it turned out they have been a source of enjoyment. The birds don't like them but our squirrels do. Usually the first or second week o
June the squirrels have their babies in one of these birdhouses. You know how they say animals will not bother with babies that are deformed, well our guys disproved that theory. We were watching mom move her babies to one of the other houses. She was co
xing and coaxing, finally they started to come up. All but one. He just wouldn't budge. Finally we could see why. His back leg was just hanging. He must have broken his leg. My husband got the video camera and took shots of mom staying with this poor litt
e guy. She tried everything. She then tried to get him back into the birdhouse. It was so sad. She would just get him up and he would fall. This went on for a couple of days. She sure didn't leave him even while watching her other little guys. Howie went
ut about the third morning because it had rained all night. There was the baby. He had died. We have the video of this whole production.
We just can't get over the quality of your work.
Thankyou so much for sharing this us. I am sending your site to friends. The people who live around us in the country are all nature lovers.
Again, thankyou for sharing, Dorothy Atkinson
