"Never Say Goodbye"

"The fairest things have fleetest end
Their scent survives their close.
But the roses scent is bitterness;
To him who love the rose."
Francis Thompson

"Our One Perfect Rose"

What can I say about a girl who lived just a short 18 years?
I can tell you that her name is Tracy Lynn, that she is beautiful, loving and kind.
I can say that her eyes danced when she smiled. OH! THAT SMILE! She could melt the coldest heart with her smile!

I can tell you that her dad and I love her so much, that there isn't a word in the dictionary strong enough to express that love. I can also say that the pain we feel from missing her is just as strong.
I can tell you that when she went away, she took the best part of her mom with her; for we shared the same heart.

I will also tell you that because of the impression Tracy Lynn left on those whose lives she touched, all have chosen to keep her memory alive in their hearts and minds.

In closing, I will say, that each day that we are left on this earth, we are one day closer to being, once again, "whole" with our Tracy, in Heaven.

"The Promise"

(Written by T. Rodriguez, in Memory of Tracy Lynn)

With eyes like the ocean
And hair spun of gold
The most glorious Angel to ever behold
Her snow white wings
Cast a pristine glow
She skips through the clouds
As she looks down below.
She remembers her family
All those left behind
She knows they are saddened
But she still lives in their minds.
She puts her hand to her lips and blows a kiss to the wind
"I Love You So Much Mom, We'll Be Together Again!"
