I believe that health is a matter of keeping the three aspects of life in balance and harmony. I call the three aspects;
(1) Body. This is the "residence" for my spirit. It is my task to seek to keep my "temple" clean and sturdy, to the best of my ability.
(2) Mind. This is not as simple as eating the right vitamens or such (though that is important). The mind is where my emotional baggag is stored. If I don't have balance and harmony in my mind, both pyhsical and mental, then it will be much harder (if even possible)to have a life filled with growth and serenity.
(3) Spirit. Sometimes referred to as the "soul" is the flame that burns within, that which defines me in a frame of reference that crosses time and space.
