He married Alice Collacut. She was the daughter of John Collacut.

John Walker and Alice Collacut had the following child:

2 i. Anna² Walker was born 1492. She married Thomas Westcott. Thomas was born 1488. He was the son of Thomas I. Westcott and Mary Westcott. Thomas died 3/28/1549. (See Thomas Westcott for the continuation of this line.)
