He married Anne Downes. Anne was born 1474. She was the daughter of Robert Downes.

Richard Chamberlin and Anne Downes had the following child:

2 i. Elizabeth² Chamberlin was born 1496. She married Hugh Stukley. Hugh was born 1492. He was the son of Richard Stukely. (See Hugh Stukley for the continuation of this line.)
