1. Plant a tree in their name. 2. Visit http://www.innocents.com 3. Make a donation to a charity (perhaps miscarriage support etc) 4. Light a special candle on special days, times, etc. 5. Talk about your baby. 6. Talk to others about your baby. 7. Donate a book to a library in their name. 8. Some cemetaries have special walls where you can put plaques up for your lost baby. |

What I personally have done to commemorate my Child |
1. Made a special box to put the stuff I had in there. At that time it was only hospital papers, but at least it was a start. |

2. I wear a gold wedding ring on my left ring finger with her name and the day she left on it. Why the Third Finger, Left-hand? In ancient times, it was believed there was a vein in the third finger of the left hand that ran directly to the heart. Thus, the ring being placed on that finger, denoted the strong connection of heartfelt love and commitment. Why a Wedding Ring? The circular shape of the wedding ring has symbolized undying, unending love since the days of the early Egyptians. A primitive bride wore a ring of hemp or rushes, which had to be replaced often. Durable iron was used by the Romans to symbolize the permanence of marriage. Today's favorite is of course, gold, with it's lasting qualities of beauty and purity. |

4. I had actually gotten a copy of my unborn child which I put into a photo mat. It comforts me, when I'm sad that I put alot of effort into making her a nice photo. |
