Romania

This summer I went to Bucharest for two weeks and I also spent a week on the coast of the Black Sea, nearly Constanta. Here are THE pictures from this lovely holyday of the summer 99. Always look on the bright side of life!

Shine! This is the Romania clique, as we call it. There's Martina, Agatha, me, Markus and Gerald. We're also called Superwoman, Supergirl, Super Number One Girl, Bubi, and The Food Terminator. Great nick names, don't you think? We are at the ruins in Tomis (the old name for Constanta).

The clique!

Shine! This is me huging my best friend Agatha, at the seaside in Constanta. I'm the yellow one! Touching picture, don't you think?!?

Huging time!

Shine like a star! This one of the beaches in Constanta. Not where we regulary went, but it's a nice beach anyway. The food was so much cheaper here then at our regulary beach in Mamaia!

Beach view!

Shining so bright! Two thirds of the Austrian army that invaded Constanta! Gerald on the left and dear Markus on the right, sitting in a Romanian train! Quite an adventure, wasn't it guys?

Huging time again!

Like the star that you are! Agatha and me on the rocks!! It's really nice to sit on the rocks by the sea and listen to the waves breaking on the shore. To watch the sunset from these rocks was just beautiful and very romantic! You should try it sometimes!

Climbing experts!

Shine! This is the garden of the house we lived in, just outside of Mamaia, one of the beach areas in Constanta. From the left we have Agatha, my aunt Brandusa, me and my father. This day was a sad day since Agatha had to go back to Bucharest. We missed her!!

The other clique!

Shine! The never ending breakfast! The Food Terminator has a crucial role in this. We don't call him the Food Terminator for nothing! Always look on the bright side of life!

The eating!

Oh, oh, oh... I'm stil the one in yellow! I think that the sun was too much for Martina, who's laying next too me. Or maybe she's just listening to the waves!!

Sun bathing!

Shine! Here we are at the old monastery of C, a very old one where Stefan the Great is buried. It was beautiful there even if it was raining!

I'm singing in the rain...

Shine! A beautiful picture of the Uhrturm in Graz, Austria. See the stairs? I haven't counted them, but they are really many and they are steep. Thank God for the! From the hill you can see all of Graz. Watch the sunset from up there!

The beautiful Uhrturm!

I had a great holyday and I think that the rest of the clique agrees with me. We got along just fine and it would be fun to reunite again and travell some more together!
