Operation Outreach International

Operation Outreach International is dedicated to God with the love He died to give mankind. It is the intention of Operation Outreach International to be used as an open channel of His love and blessings, and to be a bridge (Jesus in us, the hope of Glory) to connect the Father to humanity and humanity to the Father. There is no other means by which God has to spread the Word of His love, but through His Body; to speak through, to embrace, and to heal the broken heart of a hurting and bleeding world.

The concept of Operation Outreach International is to provide for the people an endless hope, in place of a hopeless end; a positive alternative to choose from and to build their lives upon, in place of the mandate toward destruction so many have believed is their only option. Operation Outreach International will light the candle of truth and raise up a standard of hope in all that is demonstrated in and through the love of Jesus Christ.

His Word declares... 1 Samuel 2:1-8: My heart rejoices in the Lord: My strength is exalted in the Lord. I smile at my enemies, Because I rejoice in Your salvation. There is none holy like the Lord, For there is none besides You, Nor is there any rock like our God. Talk no more so very proudly; Let no arrogance come from your mouth, For the Lord is the God of knowledge: And by Him actions are weighed. The bows of the mighty men are broken, And those who stumble are girded with strength. Those who were full have hired themselves out for bread, And those who were hungry have ceased to hunger. Even the barren has borne seven, And she who has many children has become feeble. The Lord kills and makes alive; He brings down to the grave and brings up. The Lord makes poor and makes rich; He brings low and lifts up. He raises the poor from the dust And lifts the beggar from the ash heap, To set them among princes And make them inherit the throne of glory. For the pillars of the earth are the Lord''s, And He has set the world upon them...

If you are one of those people that can say like brother Paul in Galatians 2:20-21, "I have been crucified with Christ: it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me, and the life which I now live, in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me," then you have an open invitation to join with Operation Outreach in our contribution to the Kingdom of God in touching our world with the love of God... for Christ's sake.

Operation Outreach International is a community's distribution point for everyone's contribution, and a liaison between the giver (donor) and the receiver (recipient); a vehicle for networking the community's: churches, organizations, ministries, businesses, schools, etc.. Coupled with each individual's: gifts, talents, abilities and resources it links all within the community into strength of unity for the purpose of caring for, and meeting the needs of people from every walk of life within their own city. The government and all of its various programs (as well meaning as they may have been) have stripped away the dignity from those coming to them for assistance.

Operation Outreach International was not formed to become another welfare system, but instead, it is structured to work through those ministries, in the Body of Christ, that God has raised up for these last days, therefore, providing every type of assistance for persons needing a helping hand or a new beginning in life. A goal of Operation Outreach International is to place "dignity" back into the lives of individuals broken down by negative circumstances.

Operation Outreach International has purposed to be a positive example to those who have never seen the truth of God's Word.

Operation Outreach International is dedicated to making available every opportunity for deliverance, healing and guidance through the Body of Christ administering this truth in any and every loving way possible. The networking of all services available at Operation Outreach International are made available to anyone desiring to be liberated from any bondage that may be holding them back from becoming all God created them to be.

Operation Outreach International does not discriminate against denominations, ethnic groups, rich or poor, old or young. It's desire is to draw and unite, melting all together into one ... a nucleus of people with a common purpose in mind, helping those with needs (spirit, soul and body). Operation Outreach International has a mandate to be "The Light" in a dark place. This can only be accomplished by the entire Body of Christ working in unison as the core of the operations to demonstrate God's unconditional love in all that is presented, to everyone within our range of influence. Touching the lives of one person at a time, we will all become a part of bringing in the harvest of souls before Jesus returns.

"One person working alone can do nothing. Many people working together can accomplish the impossible."

Operation Outreach International was inspired by God and built upon Isaiah 58:6-14. "Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke?

Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, And that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; When you see the naked, that you cover him, And not hide yourself from your own flesh?

Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily and your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.

Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; You shall cry, and He will say, ''Here I am.'' If you take away the yoke from your midst, The pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness,

If you extend your soul to the hungry And satisfy the afflicted soul, Then your light shall dawn in the darkness, And your darkness shall be as noonday.

The Lord will guide you continuously, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You will be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.

Those from among you shall build the old waste places; You shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.

If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, From doing your pleasure on My holy day, And call the Sabbath a delight, The holy day of the Lord honorable, And shall honor Him, not doing your own ways, Nor finding your own pleasure, Nor speaking your own words.

Then you shall delight yourself in the Lord; and I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, And feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father.

The mouth of the Lord has spoken."

In this scripture God is speaking to His people. He has given a mandate to them to manifest His Love, Power and Glory to the world in which they live. In this charge there is not only a price to pay for this privilege, but also a great reward to receive. The qualification and the response is all built upon one thing...the individual person's heart condition in the midst of the calling. It is sandwiched in between the pursuit and the ending result.

God says If...

There is another scripture that is found in I Corinthians 13:1-8 that gives the vehicle of Operation Outreach International the power to fulfill the mandate in these last days:

I Corinthians 13:1-8 "Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am nothing but a sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I can remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing. And though I give all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not love, it profits me nothing.

Love suffers long (experiences pain, loss or hardship). And is kind (of a sympathetic, compassionate nature). Love does not envy. Is not puffed up. It does not behave itself unseemly. It seeks not its own way, is not easily provoked (angered), thinks no evil (wickedness). Love rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth. Love bears (carries) all things, believes (trusts in) all things, hopes (desires with expectation of fulfillment) all things. Love never (not ever) fails."

All the works and good intentions of mankind are fruitless without it all being done through and with God's perfect, unconditional Love. God has very clearly told us in this scripture what the definition of love is... and what it is not. If we demonstrate His love by putting it into action, He blesses, if we don't...our labors are in vain.

Matt 5:14-16 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
