Last Will & Testament of
Adam Beelman
In the name of God Amen, Know all men that I Adam Beelman of Carroll Township Gork County State of Pennsylvania Being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail life do therefore make ordain Publish and Declare this to me my last Will and Testament.
That is to say First after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged the residue of my estate real and personal. I give bequeath and dispose of as follows to wit.
To my son Henry, the sum of twelve hundred and twenty eight dollars and seventy eight cents ($1228.78/100) (which money is charged in my day book as money advanced for the payment of his present home).
To my daughter Fanny (intermarried with Levi S. Mohler) the sum of twelve hundred and twenty eight dollars and twenty eight cents ($1228.28/100 which is charged in my day book as money advanced for the payment of their present home. All the ballance [balance] of my estate both real and personal I bequethe [bequeath] to my Beloved wife to be held in trust by her for her us [use?] during her Natural Lifetime after her demise the same shall be divided shared and shared alike between my son Henry and my daughter Fanny intermarried with Levi S. Mohler-
In [?] witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this sixth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred eighty six.

The above written instrument was subscribed by the said Adam Beelman in our presence and acknowledged by him to each of us and he at the same time published and declared the above instrument so subscribed to be his last will and testament and we at the testators request and in his presence have signed our names as witness hereto and written opposite our names our respective place of residence.
