Bob and Sue are off on a new adventure!

Bob has taken a position with Danbury Mint based in Connecticut. Their Menomonee Falls house in Wisconsin went on the market this week. What wonderful memories they'll take with them of this great neighborhood.

This is the presentation their realtor placed on the internet when they listed their house in February. These photos are of their family room, kitchen, and bedroom.

Bob and Sue have ALREADY purchased their new home in Shelton, CT. It's under construction so they will be able to make all their own interior and exterior choices. It's on a 24-house Y-shaped cul-de-sac. Theirs will be the second house on the left on the stem of the Y.

It's a 2600+ square feet colonial with a two car garage. Sue tells that there will be a deck in back and all the grading, seeding and driveway are included. The dining room is huge, and there are french doors between den and family room. The family room has a gas fireplace. There is a bowed out bay window in the kitchen and L-shaped counter tops (for stools), built-in double ovens, stove top and microwave hood above stove top. The laundry room is separate but close to garage entrance.

The master bedroom sounds so nice with vaulted ceilings and a 16x18 walk in closet! Hmm~ Is the closet really bigger than the bedroom? LOL! Michael and Elie each have 12x13 bedrooms, and will have their own bath as in Wisconsin. The extra 4th bedroom will be a combo playroom/guestroom.
