He definately loves the outdoors. And Joe is a "jack of all trades". Besides the interests listed above, he has experience in many areas, including: plumbing, drywall, laying carpet, upholstering furniture, electrical, woodworking, and can work a bit on cars & such. And he has recently discovered an interest in our new computer. I met Joe in 1976 while we were both working for a furniture manufacturer. He was an upholsterer, and I was a quality control inspector. After flirting a bit, I discovered that it was easy for me to spend a few minutes a day with him simply by finding something wrong on one of the davenports he upholstered, (even if I had to create a fault), and talking to him while he "repaired" the dav. I never knew then just what a treasure I'd found! Joe & I have been married for 25 years, and going strong! Joe is more than hubby to me; he's my best friend, confidant, councelor, and the person I most look up to in this world. He is truly my other half.
