The most important descision I've ever made was to trust Jesus Christ as my Savior and trust Him to guide my life.

I was 13 years old and watching television at my aunt's house. A preacher was preaching and the choir was singing softly behind him. He was saying that no matter how good we try to be, we will never be good enough to go to Heaven. That the only way to get there is through Jesus.

I prayed with him that day and from that day on, God has had his guiding hand on my life!

The Romans Road to Salvation:

Verses from the

King James Version of the Holy Bible.

No one is riteous.

"As it is written, There is none riteous, no, not one."

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."

God loves us anyway. He gave up his own Son so we could reach Heaven, and be with Him.

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and Thou shalt be saved, and thy house."

Romans 10:9-13-

"9) That if thou shalt confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10) For with the heart man believeth unto riteousness;and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

11) For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

12) For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

13) For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

When I was saved, I prayed a prayer like this one:

Dear Lord, I know I am a sinner.

I know I need jesus to get to Heaven.

Forgive me for my sins;

for all of the wrong things I have done,

and for all the right things I have not done.

I believe that you were born without sin,

yet died on the cross bearing all the sins of the whole world.

You died for me so I can live in Heaven someday!

You were in the grave three days,

God raised you from the dead.

You ascended into Heaven and are still alive today.

You promised to return and gather your people unto you.

Come into my life and my heart.

Give me guidance throughout my life

and take me with you whenever you return.

In Jesus name, Amen!

Be Fed and Grow!

If you prayed this prayer, you need to grow in the faith. To do this, you need to be fed. Please find a church in your area and go there. Pray that God will guide you to the right church for you. Tell others about your salvation. so they can pray for you, and if they need Christ, they too can recieve the gift of Salvation.
