Hi I am Carol! !

My name is Carol Wilson. My WW friends also affectionately refer to me as "Legs", "Cotton Ball" and "Daisy Mae". I am 41 years old and live just south of Raleigh, North Carolina. I am a native North Carolinian and a true southern belle. I work full-time as the Administrative Coordinator to a large fiber optics company located in the Research Triangle Park. I am married and have no children. I have Amazon parrots as pets and have adopted all the stray neighborhood cats.

I recently made a lifestyle change several years ago. At that time, I quit smoking and started exercising. I haven't turned back. I feel better now than I have in years. I am also a Type 1 Diabetic and have been since my teen years. It's vital for anyone with a chronic health condition to live a healthy lifestyle and I'm doing great since committing to a permanent change.

Thanks to my friends, the WonderWalkers I stay motivated. I came upon this group about a year and a half ago and have never left. It's such a wonderful group and the people are all so very caring. I visit with them in cyberspace each and every day and look forward to sharing their lives. I'm proud to be a member of the WonderWalkers! Keep on walking......."Legs"
