Welcome to Otto's Place

I know, you're just dying to know what's up with me, where I am, how I'm doing, and what's new with my family.   Well, to be honest, a whole lot is new.  On September 16, 2000 my family and I left Mexico.  Olga didn't come with us, she found a new career as a police dog in Baja.  (If anyone sees or hears of her, let us know how she's doing!)

We left in a van packed with Me, Jocko, Tanya and Omar (two of Olga's puppies that were born on March 17, 2000 -- she had 10 puppies!), Isabel and Riley, the two cats, Jaime, my parents, and anything else that fit.  We drove straight through and got to Texas the first night.   The second night we stayed in a camp ground in Lousiana, which was really cool because we got to sleep outside and watch all the animals, trees and sights and sounds.   Then the next night we stayed in a campground in Alabama.  The third night we stayed with Family in North Carolina, and then the next couple of days with family in Virginia.  Then we came to Pennsylvania.  At first we, the "animals" didn't like it very much because we had to go to a kennel and be away from our family for a few weeks, but they came to visit us.  We stayed awake the whole time, protecting eachother from all these strangers.  We didn't know what was going on because the air was cooler (it was fall they told us) and thicker (it's because we're no longer 5,000 feet in the mountains).  Finally we came home, to our new house.

Well, we LOVE it.  We have lotsa of room to run around a play, and lotsa of new friends.  Dad doesn't train us every day since he's not working at a school anymore, for now, but he does spend lotsa of time working wiht us and playing with us, as do mom and Jaime.

IT SNOWED.  Wow, that was the coolest thing!  I looked up and all these snowflakes were coming down on my face, they looked and felt so cool, I just tried to catch all of them. Then I kicked some up and chased it ... it's the greatest!!!

There's another doggie like me across the street, his name is Fergus.  He's fun to play with, but I don't get over there as much as I'd like to.  I snuck over there twice now, but my dad was pretty upset with me.  But I do get to play with him.   It's fun, too, now that Omar and Tanya are older.  They're very active and love to play, so every day we fun around like maniacs in the corn field next door.   There's SOOOOO much room to run around and play.

So that's why my website hasn't been updated ... this time.
