Earn
riding time helping at my stables while learning & developing a trade.
We work hard & we play hard.

“In riding a horse we borrow freedom & experience partnership”
SAFETY
- Personalized
attention starts at the beginning with safety the first consideration.
SUPERVISION – Includes saddling & catching your own horse. In time you will learn to ride several horses with different personalities in various locations. CONFIDENCE - All rides start with a groundwork system to develop the relationship you want to have in the saddle - building confidence & safety for both horse and rider. If you don’t have leadership with the horse on the ground, you will not have control in the saddle where you are more vulnerable PROGRESSION - You progress at your own speed, gradually gaining more independence by developing and applying what you learned. In time you may be instructing others on what you learned. |
Mission:
Creating a
solid foundation through mutual trust and respect, achieved in a natural way with
feel - without use of restraints and gimmicks.
Lessons & training relates to all equestrian disciplines; taught with
Classical Dressage
& Vaquero bridle tradition. In
short, refining the basics is – FOUNDATION FOUNDATION
FOUNDATION. Training
the natural way has become my passion & deepest rewards.
Natural Training: Developing control over the horse with leadership so the respect flows on an equal basis. This is achieved by learning and applying their language of herd dynamics, their natural instincts and behaviors to create a solid foundation through relaxation and understanding. When you train using feel it is absolutely remarkable how universally & instantly understood by the horse.
I became a student of the horse & of natural horsemanship; it is now a way of life for me - I apply it to advance my dressage scores and reining skills. “I have always felt training natural is not natural for the human... but it is everything to the horse.” Developing mutual trust and respect is achieved; softness and willingness is built without use of intimidation, restraints or equipment gimmicks.
