To Irene's Cat Christmas I hope you enjoy this page... Christmas to me used to be spent in Germany. We had three days of wonderful celebrations. The first day was Christmas Eve...we had a super dinner with all trimmings my mother prepared. Then we listened to music, watched some Christmas programs on TV and then we went to church with my father. When we came back " das Christkind " came and we had all these presents under the tree.
The other two days were the first day of Christmas and the second day of Christmas. Those days were reserved for visiting other family members and to play with the toys.
Our cat always loved the Christmas tree decorations. She would knock them down over and over again. One year my father set up the tree on the balcony, so she wouldn't get into things.
