My weight loss with Weight Watchers took exactly one year. During that time, I gradually added physical activity to go along with my new eating habits. My current exercise plan consists of Jazzercise three times per week, yoga three or four times per week, and a variety of other things when I feel like it, from rock climbing to swimming to weight training.
Total loss to date - 62 pounds! Only about 5-10 more pounds to official WW goal!
I reached my WW goal in March 2004, with a total loss of 70 pounds. These are my "before" jeans - Size 22W! I wear a 10 or 12 now.
