"Don't refuse to go on an occasional wild goose chase. That is what Wild Geese are made for!"
~Henry S. Haskins

When I was a teenager my mother gave me a "Nothing" book. Oh, others would probably call it a journal, or perhaps a notebook. But to me it has always been my Nothing Book. It is a hard-bound, plain group of pages. To the naked eye it is merely wood pulp and brown cover. To me, however, it is the Keeper of my Memories. A place where I set down my thoughts and ideas for posterity.

That first Nothing Book has since been succeeded by three more, and amid the pages I have amassed a collection of sayings, quips and poetry worthy of sharing. Alas, I cannot take credit for them - they are expressions of the famous and the infamous. I have merely remembered them on the pages of my Nothing Book, so that I can now share them with you.

As you peruse these pages I hope that you will have fun and maybe find some dreams of your own. :)

Invitation

If you are a dreamer, come in...
If you are a dreamer, a wisher, a liar,
A hope-er, a pray-er, a magic bean buyer,
If you're a pretender, come sit by my fire,
For we have some flax-golden tales to spin.

Come in!
Come in!
