Here are 7 pictures of my 1938 Farmall F-20 I purchased in 1992. I fire up the ol horse about 2 times a year. I sold the tractor in the Fall of 1999. The new owner will pick it up in the spring or summer of 2000.

These pictures were taken early June, 1998.

The previous owner was a machine shop which did the motor overhaul. the shutters actually work.

The clutch engagement was rough. So last year I found another pressure plate and now she engages smoothly.

Note the nice layer of barn dust. Keeps it from rusting.

This one has very strong oil pressure.

I sold the F20 to Charlie Vernon of Washington State in late 1999. He arrived at the farm in June, 2000 to pick it up. Charlie is working on the trailer while being "supervised by my neighbor's Ernie and his grandson Jeff.

Note the tires were 85 inches wide and the trailer is only 82. I got the honors to back the tractor on the trailer. We had timbers next to each wheel will so we could ride the tractor over the wheel wells. That was a wild ride! Charlie is on the left chatting with Jeff. He had some wild trucking stories to tell us. We had a 1 1/2 hour visit.
