Here is the parts assembly line. Mrs. Red would like to beable to park her Jimmy in the garage again.

The culprit. This is the #3 sleeve. You can see the crud on it and why it took almost 3 hours to pull. The cylinder wall had carbon on most of it.

Here is the same distributor shot after slightly cleaning things. The pistons are ready to be dropped and bolted onto the crank.

The reason this project is humming along is due to my highly organized garage!?!?!

Now the ultimate reason for rebuilding this tractor was an excuse to get new tools. Sears had this 241 tool set and the box for $240.

Uh oh. Now I have to figure out where to stick all this stuff back on.
