GLADDEN CHURCH AT SUCCESS

MISSOURI.

HE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO

ANNIE SAWBERGER MARCH 3,1962

PRECEDING HIM IN DEATH WERE HIS

PARENTS,GALE AND ETHEL KISER OF

SUCCESS, MISSOURI AND ONE STEP -

SON,FRANK SAWBERGER.

SURVIVORS INCLUDE HIS WIFE,ANNIE

OF THE HOME: ONE STEP-DAUGHTER,

TONI REED OF TEMPLE,TEXAS: ONE

BROTHER, MELVIN LESTER KISER

OF LICKING MISSOURI: FIVE SISTER,

MABEL NORD OF LICKING MO.,

SHIRLEY RAMSEY OF BEULAH

MR. KISER SERVED IN THE ARMY

DURING THE KOREAN ANDVIETNAM

WARS, RETIRING OCTOBER 1, 1970

AT FORT LEONARD WOOD,MISSOURI

AFTER SERVING 20 YEARS. HE WAS AN

EMPLOYEE OF ITT GRINNELL

CORPORATION,WHERE HE WAS A

DEPARTMENT HEAD. HE WAS A

MEMBEROF THE TEMPLE CHAPTER

OF DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS.

SERVICES WERE HELD MONDAY,

MARCH 15 AT TEMPLE,TEXAS,WITH

FULL MILITARY HONORS AT

BELLWOOD MEMORIAL PARK,

THE REV. WILSON KEENAN

OFFICIATING. BURIAL WAS UNDER

THE DIRECTION OF SHEFFIELD

FUNERAL HOME OF TEMPLE,

TEXAS. ALL OF THE SISTERS AND

BROTHER WERE ABLE TO

ATTEND THE FUNERAL

I NEVER KNEW MY UNCLE EVERY

WELL.I REMEMBER THAT HE USE TO

COME DOWN TO THE FARM AND

VISIT THE FAMILY AND TALK ABOUT

OLD TIMES.SOMETIME WE WOULD

GO FISH DOWN ON THE ROUBIDIOUX

RIVER ,DOWN BY MY GRANDPA

HANCOCK AT A PLACE CALLED

THE HEARTS HOLE AND THE HIGH

BANK,SOMETIMES WE WOULD

GO SWIMMING AT THE ROUND

HOLE OR AT FLAT ROCK.UNCLE

MARSHALL SOMETIMES WOULD

COME UP AND GO DEER HUNTING

WITH DAD AND STEVE AND

SOMETIMESTHEY WOULD GET

LUCKY.WHEN THE FAMILY WOULD

GO DOWN AND VISIT UNCLE

MARSHALL I REMEMBER GOING

SOME PLACE AND DRINKING

CHERRY COKES ON FORT WOOD

AND PLAYING WITH HE,S

NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS.
