JEREMIAH CONWAY HOLMES, 70, AUTOMOBILE MECHANIC FOR MANY YEARS AND RESIDENT OF BOISE THE PAST 12 YEARS, DIED THURSDAY AT HIS HOME ON ROUTE 4. HE CAME TO IDAHO FROM ROUBIDOUX, MISSOURI, WHERE HE HAD MADE HIS HOME FOR 25 YEARS. HE WAS BORN OCT. 14, 1878, AT ROCK, KANSAS SURVIVING ARE TWO DAUGHTERS, MRS. GWENDINE BOWEN, EL PASO,TEXAS, AND MRS. JESSIE DORIS HANCOCK, ROUBIDOUX, MISSOURI; A SON, VERNON D. HOLMES, ALAMEDA, CAL.; TWO SISTER, MRS.HATTIE WRIGHT AND MRS. LUELLA JONES, BOISE, AND NINE GRANDCHILDREN. SUMMERS CHAPEL WILL ANNOUNCE SERVICES. -SERVICES- SERVICES FOR JEREMIAH CONWAY HOLMES WILL BE CONDUCTED AT 2 P.M. MONDAY AT THE SUMMERS CHAPEL. THE REV. R.L. RAY WILL HAVE CHARGE OF THE SERVICES. INTERMENT WILL BE AT MORRIS HILL. |
