My Birth Family
This is dedicated to my birth family who found me, and started a wonderful relationship on March 22, 1992. This is a dream come true for me, as I had told my adopted parents that I would wait until they had passed on to find my birth family. I remember that day clearly when I was over my adopted parents home for our normal Friday dinner together.
The phone had rung, and it was the nurse who use to work for my old doctor, and she asked to speak to my adopted mom. After their conversation, my mom spoke to my dad, and then they told me that my family was looking for me, and she had called to ask if it was okay to give their phone number out to my sister.
Boy, was my heart racing a mile a minute! I was soooo excited!!! No sooner had they spoken to me about it, the phone rang again! I jumped, and ran for it, and it was my sister!!!! I was in shock, and in tears at the same time. Susan, expalined to me that I had alot of sisters, and a brother, and told me about they're search which led to alot of dead ends.
That night, all my siblings had called me one by one, to welcome me into their family. That was a night that I'll never forget!!
I will continue the story about their search for me later. Let me introduce you to my birth family!
Here is my birth mom, Jane! She was a busy lady. She had 8 of us in 9 years!
My sister, Cheryl. She's 13 months younger than I am! Born in May of 1958. (Can you believe I got married on her birthday in 1979?)
My sister, Debbie. She was born in September of 1959. She lives on Kauai.
My sister, Terry. Born in January of 1961. She's a registered nurse in the neonatal icu unit at a hospital.
My sister, Lesly. Born in March of 1962. She moved to Tacoma, WA last year October '97, and we all miss her alot. My kids miss her kids alot. To Randy and Charis... Kristy and Kevin can't wait for you both to return to Hawaii. She's here with her boyfriend, Dan, and her daughter Charis. She's making me an aunty again. The baby's due near my birthday next year!
**March 14, 1999 - Lesly, just little over two weeks before my niece or nephew will be here, huh.... Can't wait for April 2nd!

Next is my sister, Susan. Born in April of 1963. She's the one that was determined to find me. Thank you, Susan!
My only brother, Wesley. Born in November of 1964. He lives on the island of Maui.
Our youngest sister, Lorraine. She was born in February of 1966. She's getting married next year on Valentines Day!
Februrary 14, 1999 - Lorraine and Bob finally tied the knot! Congratulations, to the new Mr and Mrs. Bob Krause!!
Well, this is my family who I love very dearly. I will be adding more pictures later of our dad, and pictures of my nieces of nephews.
