It is located in beautiful east Texas, the ranch is dedicated to producing quality gaited horses for ultimate pleasure riding, trail riding, and field trialing.  The ranch produces its own hay , and also runs a Pinzgauer beef cattle program.  Destiny Hills Ranch has a full facility breeding and training barn.
 

All foals are imprinted at birth and taken through resistance-free training to completion under saddle in field trial conditions.  

The focus of the breeding program is the McCurdy Plantation Horses.  The Cates also have Tennessee Walkers available for purchase.

	Mothers teach their babies to get into a trailer that sits open in the pasture.

The horses we produce are calm, safe, sound, and extremely pleasurable to own and to ride.  They are easy to work with and a delight to train.
