Goals 1999---2000:

• Limit meetings to twenty two minutes (22 minutes)...remainder of meeting to be used by guest speaker(s).
• One meeting per month for "club" business ONLY (no speakers).
  • committee reports
  • more phone calls
  • special speakers---zone officers, etc.
• Newsletter---to include map, logo, events, and questions on delivery to all Lions Clubs.
• July "pot-luck"---to encourage past members to return.
• More new membership---a "Buddy Program".
• Establish a "Phone Tree".
• Printeed "fliers" for all club events.
• Propose to the District Governor---get Mayor to declare a "Lions Day".
• Explore ways to advertise "Lionism".
• Public Relations Booth---show the public what it is that Lions do.
• Leos Club---need help with transportation.
• Computer Programs---need complete computer system (Mac's or PC's).
• Created a suggestion box.
• E-Mail---District clubs and membership.
