Scouting is something that has made a real difference for my son. It took some time and parent involvement but it was a worth while effort for my son and I. There is no way to begin to describe the excitement that Robbie had when we did things together. The tasks that he accomplished brought rewarded with acknowledgment in a ceremonial format. The best had to be getting the Parvuli dei medal from the Cardinal and Father Joe of Saint Vincent De Paul. This he still talks about today.       I can’t lie there is some work on the parents end but you will not regret it. If all involved take some part of the Den / Pack responsibilities then the workload is easy.
